Our reusable hot/cold gel packs are ideal for recurring hot and cold therapy needs. One-sided insulation directs therapy to the intended area while reducing temperature loss. For cold usage, store the pack in a freezer for approximately 2 hours before application. For hot therapy, warm the pack in a microwave according to the instructions printed on the package. Choose from five sizes.

Returns will be accepted for up to 10 days of Customer’s receipt or tracking number on unworn items. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email before you return the item.
